About Us
The Miss Durban Township Beauty Pageant has been developed to promote today's young women, ages 13 - 23. Being the premiere pageant for young women ages 13-23 has given Miss DTBP a chance to open doors for all women around the country. Women are finding these systems to be the opportunity to work with others to become positive role models.
The event will give each contestant the opportunity to learn about customs and family life in other provinces .
the chance to share her platform efforts and make plenty of new friends during the entire period of activities leading up to two exciting nights of competition.
Our Mission: "To Make a Difference". Beginning 6 years ago, Ebodisco was developed to have higher standards than other pageant systems. The focus behind Miss DTBP is to showcase women. Each contestant has the opportunity to select a platform of her choice that she spends the year promoting.

DURBAN TOWNSHIP BEAUTY PAGEANT OPEN CASTING FOR MOBELS

DTBP-Organization will be hosting an Open Casting & Model Scouting day for individuals interested in breaking into the modeling industry and model at the prestigious Durban Township Beauty Pageant 2014 Competition to be held at One & Only Lounge/Restaurant (Entertainment Centre) located at E-Section Kwamashu Township/North Of Durban on 29th November 2014.
Community,EMM Employees who have children that are aspiring models and over 16 years old must convey the message.
Estil Mpunzana, Programme Manager within the organization said; “For New Faces and Fuller Figure Models we accept people with no to minimum experience or photographs and need not necessarily be represented by an agency. We are scouting for new talent and will give the right women the opportunity and exposure to start a career in modeling.”
Estil added that in the professional models category they are looking for models that already have agency representation, possess Z-Cards/Model Potfolios and have past experience in professional fashion shows.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ASPIRANT/ NEW FACES MODELS
FEMALE MODELS
16 +, please bring proof of your age .Minimum 1.75cm tall without heals, 90-92cm Hip Measurement
Must wear body fitting clothing and heels to the casting, no jeans. Please wear minimal makeup;

All selected models will have to be available for fittings, rehearsals and shows from 22nd to 28th November 2014. All selected individuals will be trained by a professional to walk on a runway.
