EMEDOTARTIST EVENTS (Emedotartis), incorporated on January 2, 1999, is a live entertainment company. The Company’s operating segments are Concerts, Ticketing, Artist Nation and Event Management,sponsorships & Advertising. The Company’s Concerts segment principally involves the global promotion of live music events in  operated venues and in rented third-party venues, the operation and management of music venues and the production of music festivals across the world. The Ticketing segment involves the management of the Company’s global ticketing operations including providing ticketing services to clients and online access for customers relating to ticket and event information and is responsible for the Company’s primary Websites, www.emedotartist events.wozaonline.co.za . The Artist Nation segment primarily provides management services to music artists in exchange for a commission on the earnings of these artists. The Company’s Sponsorship & Advertising segment employs a sales force that creates and maintains relationships with sponsors, through a combination of strategic, international, national and local opportunities that allow businesses to reach customers through its concert, venue, artist relationship and ticketing assets, including advertising on its Websites.
